Lectures
Week 5 (28/4/2022) | Double Exposure
In the week 5 lecture, we learned about the blendings of the double exposure, where we add another picture onto another picture as an element to make it one picture itself. Which makes a picture tell a story to the viewers so that they can understand the values of that photo.

Digital Photography
Exposure settings-
Exposure is the amount of light that reaches the camera sensor or film.
1. Iris is the control flow of light entering the lens. The lower the f-number, the larger the lens opens.
2. Shutter, is a small plastic sheet that opens and closes to allow light onto the film or prevent light from reaching the film.
3. ISO is known as the sensitivity of the film, and signal gain of the corner of the camera's sensor. The lower the number of ISO the less sensitive the camera to light, and the finer the grain is (smooth outcome).
Lens Perspective-
There are wide-angle lenses, standard lenses, and tele lenses. Different lenses can be used for different purposes, and are focused by focal length. Wide-angle lenses are suitable for landscape photography, Standard lenses are useful to capture natural photographs, and tele lens allows the camera to capture photographs up close from a distance.
1. Focal length is the shorter it is the wider the view the camera is focusing on.
2. Depth of field is the proportion of the image that is sharp and fully focused on.
Heart Mansion Exercise
An exercise that should be performed is the heart mansion exercise, where we insert Shazam and his reflection into the heart mansion image. It's an exercise we utilize tools well in order to make one picture into another.

Project 2B | Double exposure
We're assigned to create our own double exposure portrait, by using a specific skillset from Adobe Photoshop to blend our portrait with layers of background images.
Visual Research
The idea that I have for 2A is to have a face shown but the rest of my body goes in with the city of road pictures in the center, so it looks like it gives an illusion to my picture as well.

The idea that I have for my design is to have a similar design to the inspiration that I chose, it looks unique and a bit interesting as they give an illusion to the picture as well.
