Project 1

Week 6 -

Initially, I wanted to go for a temple exterior for this sketch, but in the end, I changed my mind and decided to go for a cathedral exterior. It looks horrible at the moment, but I had to draw what comes to mind.

Week 7 

Sketch Progression 

This week we discusses maps, so I decided to work on the map and the location of my design.

I then proceeded to work on my surroundings the exterior. Initially, I wanted it to look like this but I refined it afterwards.

Week 10 

Refinements 

I proceeded to make some changes to my exteriors since I was not happy with how the previous one looked. It looks very overwhelming.

I noticed something was wrong with the Figure 1.5 - 1.9 design while Mr.Kannan gave me feedback, the perspective was definitely wrong and then putting in the texture for this design got me overwhelmed as well. So, I decided to move on and continued with a different sketch with a better perspective. The church and the cave will remain, it's just that I will have to make it into a different view. 

Yet again, I was happy with this final design, It looks exactly how I imagined it would look like.

After I did the base color, I added the textured for the base first.

I tried to see what it looks like without the line art since I see a lot of references without line art, but then it looks kind of horrible, so I just had to stick with the line art.
